used it the day it arrived. put on a pound of bacon at first with heat on medium. be sure to push the grease into the grease holder at the rear. when done, use a spoon to dip out the grease back on the griddle. now break open a dozen eggs for frying in the bacon grease. sunny side up, the only way. then pour the pancake mix on the other side and drizzle some grease on those. then put a package of sliced bologna on after the eggs are finished and drizzle grease on those. i did this for dinner last night and have been thinking about it all day. our grandkids said it was the best breakfast they had ever had. if you have a coleman roadtrip grill, you have to get this griddle. clean up is very easy. be sure to buy plastic tongs and flippers to not scratch the surface. going camping for vacation and cant wait to cook more on this griddle. highly recommend and im hard to please.............david g. in tennesseeVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
