I was just letting him know that UPS marked the delivery as delivered when it wasn't delivered. Seller says he logged a complaint with UPS. I hope so. After 3 or 4 of these by UPS only, I believe its a calculated risk by UPS because I am so far out from their terminal it might not make sense to complete the delivery on some days or weeks so they just mark a $3 or $1.80 delivery as delivered and they eat the cost. My opinion
