        Items not as described. The coins were listed as uncirculated but they have clear scuff marks and discoloration. They had been circulated before. (Addition: The seller requested revision of feedback and stated the package was unopened. This is not accurate. The coins came in the cardboard sleeve, and the plastic wrap gone. It looks like someone re-inserted the coins into the cardboard sleeve)
