    Statue was listed as a "Flapper". From the photos I was suspect and from the dating of the item from the Ebayer I knew it was not a flapper. The statue was of a Western saloon "working girl". She was packed securely but that still did not prevent her from coming damaged. The seller said I could return the item or take a partial refund. I chose the refund as the item was too heavy from me to lift. Still a beautiful gal, I love her dearly!

    So I can't give five stars on the actual description because the seller mistakenly thought the house kit was brand new, never been opened. Once I got the box and opened it, I found that it had been already messed with, ie painted parts, open pieces strung about the box, unorganized mess😩. After contacting the seller and sending pics of the box/pieces they profusely apologized and gave me a FULL refund and said just keep the items. NOW THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very pleased!
