      The item was beautifully packed, arrived in good time, and shipping was reasonable. The pictures in the listing were accurate, but a picture of the base was missing. I didn't think anything of it until the package arrived, but it was corroded from mouse pee. I talked to the seller about it and he looked for other options, but it was easier to give me a discount in light of the unexpected damage. Overall, great communication from the seller, and good value for money.

      Robot arm was shipped timely and at a reasonable price. The shipping charges were not artificially inflated beyond reason, which some sellers try to do. The box arrived without damage due to adequate packing material to cushion the contents. It was listed as needing repairs. There were three spare motors were included in the purchase - unfortunately none are suitable for the missing gripper motor. I believe description was a fair representation made in good faith. It was a good transaction.

      My overhead projector arrived earlier than was expected. I was so very impressed with the unbelievable way it had been protectively wrapped! Layer after layer of bubble wrap and plastic covered it to make sure that it arrived unharmed - which it did! The description said the projector was “used”. Actually, it is in pristine condition!!
