    Light weight, extremly absorbant with features that draws the moisture away from my skin. Have tried others and these are the best.

    Purchased Tranquility Premium Overnight Disposable Absorbent Underwear recently, same product used on my husband when he was recently hospitalized. Excellent product, very absorbent and allows him to sleep through the night without leaks. XL fits him perfectly and pulls up much higher than a comparable drug store brand and padding is better also. Pulls on like briefs, are easy to remove, sides rip quickly and easily for easy disposal. Great solution to incontinence problem, easily worn under clothing without being visible.

    Not perfect but work great!

    It was the next size above what I should use and that's okay. That was what I ordered. I leak a large amount and am always changing my cloths. Very annoying, takes time away from other things. The extra large is more absorbent and it has worked GREAT. I can now plan out my day and get more accomplished. My days are not perfect, but I change cloths a lot less.

    Best Underwear - Hoping for a better cost.

    I have tried other brands and keep switching to try other brands but they all are lacking. These fit like an extra pair of underwear and when I am out and cannot find a restroom, these will hold my entire bladder. The only complaint I have is trying to find a source that offers a better value.
