One box was missing the brass adapters and the mounting plate (for three hole sinks). The second box was missing the adapters. I contacted the seller and he was REALLY, REALLY good at responding and sending me the missing pieces very quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller as they were super quick to make things right and everything always arrived well wrapped.
