I contacted about the packaging and they said it was the "new" bottle style of the brand, when I asked why the bottle was not sealed they didn't respond to me anymore.     Tried to negotiate with seller. They were going to charge me full postage back plus a restocking fee. I explained their packer used a type of plastic tape that was not removable, even after three hours of trying, so the hair spray was inaccessable. The scratches showing in the photo show where I attempted to get entry through the plastic but only a tiny piece came off each time. Do not buy from this seller.
