Although it was described as used and needing a new band (which was a accurate), the description would have been improved by stating that it needed to be cleaned, needed a charger, and required technical troubleshooting to be able to use it. However, the seller promptly offered a refund as soon as I reached out.

      Best phone for me

      I have been veryhappy with this phone. A couple of times I have had different phones and always go back to this phone. They are tough and great to use around my toddlers without fear of destruction. I plan to keep using this phone, I hope indefinitely.

      i bought this item for my aunt, and took it to verizon to have it set up for her,,is seemed to work great,until late that evening,then it started turning on ,saying there was an auto update avail., but there wasn,t any ..then it kept restarting, and drained the battery...i took it back to verizon and they reset it....same thing it seemed for a while then started turning on and off ...i had looked for reviews on this phone , and found others had the same problem with this model, and could not be corrected....my aunt got a different model from verizon and no probs.. i would not reccomend this item
