Instead of completely burning the bread at any setting above medium (as most of the other toasters I've owned did), this when actually lets you decided to toast your bread anywhere between lightly and heavily toasted. It's great! The price was perfect and it looks great on my countertop. Would definitely recommend this product and this seller to anyone!

I had to contact kitchen aide support twice, to get them to admit that I had only received one unit. I finally sent pictures of the box with shipping labels clearly showing that I had received a package containing only one refurbished maker. I am surprized that your shipping dept. does not clearly show what was shipped and when, they were inferring I had received both items in the 1st box and trying to get a 3rd free.

I ordered from the same seller a different color that I desired and waited for the pending payment to change I received no response and there was an email received saying sorry we’re not able to cancel the order. I received both KitchenAid’s at the same time and now I have to either sell it with customer pickup or find a way to get to the Fedex to return. Box completely unopened.
