The compartments are extra large, the covers are hinged and less likely to break off with use, and the days are raised/embossed not painted in, so they won't wear off. All of these things were explained in the listing so it made for a really easy choice. Read the enclosed directions. My son travels with tons of vitamins...this is perfect for him.
