Great 1-year warranty, item appeared new aside from smell…the sanitizing liquid had a strong odor with a tinge of urine, which is understandable considering how potent cat urine is. Thankfully, a bit of enzyme cleaner cleared it up. One cat used this within an hour of me setting it up, and hopefully the second will adopt it shortly. Accessories were new and deodorizer helps a lot! Light years easier than scooping and seems like it will be relatively easy to clean also.

Very happy with these automatic litter boxes. Never own one before and compared to a US based well-known brand...this is better priced and the odor trapping and deodorant features, I would think, are better. Do yourself a favor...buy it!
