Sound quality is surprisingly good for the $30 I paid for a refurbished model (included everything but the original box). Normal MSRP is around $120. After a few HOURS, it can be uncomfortable in the ear, but that’s not exactly the wear period these are intended for. Properly using the lock motion in the manual to twist Peak in the ear keeps it in place and cozy. The mono feature is great! I’m currently operating a harvester and need at least one ear open to hear the machine and radio coworkers. The mono feature lets me have both sound outputs in one ear, so I’m not missing sound (like when you just put one earbud in from normal ear buds). Also a good feature for runners needing to hear cars and bikes in their surroundings. For $30 for a refurb, which are often just returns for a buyer getting the wrong color, totally worth it.

Won't Charge Properly
I've had these earbuds for about 7 months and they are currently unusable. After using, you return the earbuds to the case to charge them. A few months ago, I noticed that you have to wiggle the the right one a little to have it's charging light come on. With the left one it's never been a problem. But now the right earbud will not charge at all. I have seen any comments about the right earbud not charging properly. There are three prongs that connect the case to the left earbud and only two for the right so my guess is the case charges the left earbud first and the left, in turn, charges the right. The sound quality is good, but do not expect them to last long-term.

Great Sound & Comfort
These headphones provide amazing sound and is very comfortable. The touch control is a nice function that provides easy access to all functions compared to buttons. I originally purchased these headphones for phone calls and music but now I strictly use them for music only since they completely turn off after about 5 minutes is they are not actively in use like streaming music etc. The only way to turn them back on is to remove them from your ear, and turn them on again manually. This is the reason why you cannot use these particular headphones all day for phone calls because they turn themselves off after 5 minutes. JBL tech support said that this is a battery saver function but it would have been better to be able to enable or disable that function as a choice but you cannot. I chose to keep them because of the price I paid, the sound quality, comfort and the fact that they don't fall off during activities.

Excellent sound, excellent price.
These are excellent headphones at an insane price. They sound better than my $300 bose earbuds. Simple touch controls on the right earbud make it extremely easy to adjust volume, go forward or back, or pause your music. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My opinion
The sound quality is good I use them to watch TV at night with the TV sound off. The only issue I have it’s that it’s tough to adjust the volume. I find I have to take the right ear piece off to work the volume. At that they are very hard to control. As far as using them the my iPhone or IPad, the volume volume is controlled by the phone and the pad. For those two very good and for the TV not so good. Point of interest I bought two sets , one for the TV and one for my apple stuff.
