Well designed
Lightweight
Long battery life
Easy to use, light weight, good pricing. Has what the average person needs for everyday life.
Very easy to use even though I was a long time Windows person. Still have to figure out how to maneuver around a bit. Just wish tech came with an old school instruction booklet because it's hard to find how to use certain features. The office software it comes with works perfectly fine. I like the way I have instant access without waiting for boot up, etc. Would not recommend for anyone that needs to do downloads or install multiple additional programs but it does everything I need for a reasonable price.

Dies within a year
This Chromebook worked fine while it lasted. No real complaints as far as that goes. My issue with this particular model is that they give out at around a year. I bought two of the exact same model at the same time last October (2020). One gave out in September of this year (2021) and fortunately it was under warranty. We were able to ship it back and have it replaced. Unfortunately, the second one just gave out (November 2021) just a month past the warranty date. They both had the same issue. They were working just fine, then later in the day, they wouldn't power on. We followed all the trouble shooting steps that the warranty-repair guys suggested, but nothing could be done except to send it back. So if you're happy to get a year's worth of use out of it for the price, then this one is for you. If you don't want to be replacing it within a year, keep looking!

It's a Chromebook, what else can I say? It's what I wanted.
My only complaint with this product is that the screen is a TN panel with poor viewing angles. I expected this because for the price I was sure I wasn't getting an OLED. Other than that, this is a chromebook, it does what I need it to do. I expected it to have less speed, less storage, and less power (memory/ hardware). That being said, I bought it for surfing the net, writing, music, and basic editing. For the price I got exactly what I was looking for- a small, lightwieght, well designed computer to write and surf on. Oh yeah, no charger with this one- however, it is USB C charging. For around 20$ I bought a charger that works great with it.

Chrombook is awesome, It does truly support Linux ( Beta ) and Battery life is incredible, love the slim form factor design.
excellent Chromebook , as advertised , had a few scratches on the lid, doesn't hinder functionality, I purchased this exact model because it supports Linux Beta, and it does, I've already set it up and installed several Linux applications, So far so good. Battery life is incredible, Amazing ! Big fan of Samsung products, have a Samsung phone, video monitors in my studio and this slim profile machine is really cool and well thought out, Miss the HDMI Port, going to have to figure out a workaround for that one...

Low end screen, but otherwise a good value chromebook
Cheap but decently built machine. Biggest compromise with this model is the low quality screen, qnd lack of touch screen. Otherwise the hardware is decent, has a pretty long support period, and good fit and finish. Ports are basic, but it has the essentials (usb, headphone, usb power). Also easy to get hdmi out with a usb c dongle/adapter.
