    The mixer itself looked like new: not a scratch on it or the bowl. However, it was missing the rubber handle that goes on the bowl lifter, which all 600 Pro Series have. The dough hook was also a bit scratched up. Still usable but not to my liking. I contacted them and they told me that the rubber handle was merely "cosmetic": I disagreed. They then told me that they did not have any rubber handles to send. However, they sent me a new dough hook for no charge. For the price, I'm pleased with it.

    It’s a lot louder than a new one one but it’s working great! It’s in great condition and all the attachments are in great condition as well. The price is half of a new one and it looks like it’s barely been used so, great job on the refurbished part! I hope it lasts 14 years like our last one.

    Honestly could not tell this unit was pre-owned. Either the previous owner hardly used it, took very good care of it, or KA did a very good job of refurbishing it. Exterior condition looked excellent, no nicks or scratches. The accessories look brand new, not a scratch on the bowl at all. I mixed up some bread dough right off the bat, if there was something internally wrong, it would have showed up then. Motor/transmission worked perfectly, no odd noises, or grinding sounds. Worth it!
