      I ordered this while my car was in the shop. Seller shipped it to me in Puerto Rico (we use regular USPS here), but the tracking showed it came to Puerto Rico TWICE and kept getting sent back to the US mainland. The local USPS researched, and said the label is missing the city, and will never arrive, but eventually be returned. I let the seller know this, requested a refund, AND THEY TOLD EBAY IT'S STILL ARRIVING, THEY DENIED MY REFUND!!! Had to get ebay to step up and do the right thing!
