My delivery was lost by Australia Post and as soon as I contacted this seller about it they immediately responded and sent a replacement. Very pleased and will order from them again.

    The product is exactly as advertised. Seller shipped within hours of the order. Excellent. Unfortunately, Seller used a courier company, ARAMEX, which is building for itself a poor repute for speed and service in the courier industry. Delivery was sixteen days from shipping. Now, this is not seller's fault, but he should re-evaluate using ARAMEX as his preferred courier. (Of three shipments via Aramex, ALL were fails. One, of significant value, was LOST for WEEKS between their depots.)
