    The item I received was different from the one pictured on the seller's site. After engaging in a bit of back and forth correspondence with the seller pointing out that I intentionally selected the one pictured, and not the one I was sent, which was identical to that offered on other sites and that I did not want, I was given a full refund. The seller responded in this dialogue promptly and conscientiously, and ultimately was fully accommodating. Apparently an unintentional misrepresentation.

    Good enough

    For the price, it's great. But not all the functions work. Some buttons don't do anything, others do things other than what they are labeled. But, it allowed me to access the sound menu which my universal Sony remote could not do. So, money well spent.
