    Tried to cancel my order prior to shipping, seller refused. No reply from seller after multiple contacts / attempts to get refunded. Had to file a claim with customer service to get my payment (around $250 USD) back. Claim was found to be in my favor, as seller never shipped the item and just kept my money. (and provided an incorrect or false shipping / tracking number.) Just FYI, buyer should be cautious.
