    Energy and mood, no weight loss

    Have been using Zantrex-3 for years. Initially took it for weight loss with no results; however, I found it did give me more energy and elevated my mood, which I liked. My nutritionist reviewed it and said it had a lot of good ingredients in it. Not so good for weight loss, but excellent for energy and mood.

    Has helped me before many times

    Definitely one of the best prices for 84 capsules on here that you can't get in stores. ☺ it has worked for me before many times in the past and help suppress my appetite . When I first took it in 2010 , I did feel the not so good side effects at first but stuck it through , in 2010 I was wearing a size 5-6 in jeans then went down to a size 3, then in 2011 a size 1 then afterwards a size zero. I think back then though it was easier & faster for me to lose the weight when I had a higher metabolism before. Being older now I noticed its not as fast or drastic as it was before even in 2016 when taking the z3 I went from 135 to 112 pounds . I used a zantrex black recently and did help a bit since the capsules are bigger but the effects were stronger & only lost 9-11 pounds with the 84 capsules. ...

    When I started taking them I weight 183 that was a year ago now I'm a hundred thirty I want to lose more plus I like the energy I'm 67 and it helps me with energy surgery down from eating I really like the closet that brand I won't need anything else
