Great Smoker
Bought the Camp Chef a couple of weeks ago and have been using it ever since. About 2 hours to assemble and convert to natural gas. Very easy and not rushing at all. In fact enjoyed a beer.
I have made ribs, whole chicken and a huge pork roast. Everything comes out with a nice smoke ring, flavor and done to perfection. I can get the temp where I want it and keep it there. Lots of room for various cuts of meat. What I like best is its ease of access to the wood tray, water pan and the meats. Would recommend this smoker to anyone.
