It was easy to install and worked for a couple of weeks. The battery ceased providing power to the tracker and the "on" light was off. After running some tests, I found the solar panel and battery to be working but the "solar charger" was shorting out the battery. After contacting eco-worthy, they immediately sent a complete replacement kit. Eco-Worthy is a great company to work with.

It is supposed to go to a neutral position but does not always do that. When windy it is supposed to go flat but it does not always do that. I have spent hours tweaking the settings according to the manual with no success. The tracker is floppy with lots of slop. All fasteners have been tightened. Assembly was challenging, manual is slightly helpful, but we had to figure it out through trial and error.

Up to 10 to 14 days but haven't had any problems with delivery. Well crated and packed. I also have purchased 8 of their 100A server rack batteries and are on the same system. One thing to note is the communications between the two different types of batteries doesn't work. I have not completed all of the tests on the batteries yet, but everything seems to be in working order. The seller was very communicative and made the purchase pretty smooth from beginning to the end. The only issue was the fast shipping time in item description was inaccurate due and required freight shipping. (The 2-pack is ~640lbs). I was in no hurry, so this was not a issue though. Overall, I'd buy from them again!
