Seller said he stated no box, well, it was at the end of his ad, sneaky so he said no return. I contacted EBAY and they got me a refund but he wanted me to pay return shipping. Again, EBAY stepped in and provided the return label. Beware his "New" condition description, make sure you read until the end as he has many ads like that.
