    The good: It is powerful and reasonably priced. The not so good: The variable speed slows considerably then surges when a load is applied. Annular cutter chatters. Cutter held it's sharpness thru about 20 holes thru 1/4 mild steel. But when I tried to remove cutter from quick release arbor it would not come out. It would move up and down about 1/8 inch. Disassembled arbor and found that the 3 locking balls had made burrs on shank of cutter. Ground burrs with dremel grinder and got cutter out.
