      Fast shipping... if using this charger for the E-Move Cruiser S, you'll need to move the black wire on the charge port on the scooter from the bottom pin, to the top right pin. It's a 3 pin connector and The the top left and right sockets on the charger cord are hot, while the top left and bottom pin on the scooter socket are the hot pins. It's relatively easy to re-pin the socket. Took me about 20 minutes.
