    Seller is dishonest and doesn't care. The item was totally misrepresented. Told it was new and its not. This is the sellers message before I purchased what I was led to believe was new "and it is used, really used! "Don, you might consider our second use unit - it's fully functional with all the accessibility features your wife needs, just a better price". Do not purchase from this seller. Seller has not responded back to fix problem. I should have known better. Ebay has been notified.
