    The part did not fit. It took a lot of machine work to make it work. The plastic had a lot of air holes inside( it's not solid)

    Yes 3D printing is not normally SOLID. The air holes you mention are called infill and part of the process of 3D printing. This part is dimensionally identical to the part it replaces...see the photos in the listing for comparison.
