Their output is a little less than I expected but within parameters. They are producing at 57% of their rated output in full sun. It must be noted that the rated output is at 19.8 V.... The charge controller in my system begins to dial back at 14.5 V to maintain a constant 13.3 to 13.6 during the full sun event. I am satisfied with their performance and their value.

Fearing the worst of broken glass and a delay in getting new panel, it turned out the panels were intact and undamaged. Well packaged for sure. The panels work, but with somewhat hazy and cloudy skies, it has been hard to determine their full power generation, though even with hazy conditions and non-optimum tilt they are producing about 75% of their listed power generation.

The box was not damaged so i didnt think to check. When i finally got around to test them, i saw that one was shattered. I was worried that i had waited too long to open the box. I contacted the seller thru ebay and I contacted thru email and sent them pictures. They replied within a few hours not to worry, that they would ship me a replacement. It arrived next day! I will buy again bc of great cus service
