I had lost my right earbud and ordered this as a replacement. I was a bit skeptical about whether it would work with my old Left earbud, but it worked perfectly after I reset them together in the case. Shipping was quick and the product was also packaged well.

NOTE: make sure you turn off auto software upgrades in the app before you pair new earbud. Seller recommended this and it was the absolute right advice. The seller sold me a product as advertised. I just received it today and was able to connect his Sony WF-XM5 right earbud with my original left earbud. Not sure if it will last. Can't tell longevity at this point. I was a little worried about 1 earbud being in an USPS envelope during shipping. No damage though. I like this seller. Would order again right now.
