Received a gray and red backpack instead of the black backpack that was pictured. It appears the seller was not in posession of the item, as it was bought by the seller from the Costco website and sent from Costco. Shipping was very slow, about 5 days after the estimate quoted when the backpack was purchased. Is this practice of reselling Costco items even legal?
