We supply New and Refurbished memories with 90 days hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty. Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 90 days of purchase and we will try to help resolve any problems. If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail. RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us. Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number. We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number. Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available. If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund. If customer does not want replacement at this stage, re-stocking of 10% minimum £2 will be applied before refund. If goods returned are found not faulty £2 fee for re-testing and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back. We will withhold a fee of 10% minimum £2, for non-faulty items accepted for return ( shipping non refundable ). This includes items purchased in error, incompatible items, unwanted items etc. Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non refundable / non returnable. There are no exceptions. Buyer pays for the cost of returning the item, whatever the reason may be. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Refunds are for the bid amount only.
