I hated the idea of throwing away an otherwise perfectly good pair of controllers and paying so much for replacements. The cost was super reasonable, the seller was great with communication, and they came back pretty quickly in the same packaging I sent them in. There's no signs of damage from having been taken apart and put back together, and they work perfectly! Thanks so much; if they do switch drift fixes too, I'm absolutely sending mine here.

I was struggling with stick drift and ended up not playing the ps5 because I figured I had to get a new controller. That was before I read about hall effect. I seen this seller was doing a rather good price repair and decided to try it. Honestly? It's amazing! Plays just like new (just received it so I can't speak for longitivity). The seller is wonderful in terms of communication and just like in the description, sends out next day. I'll be sure use this service again!

Unfortunately USPS lost the return package - however, because Michael uses USPS Ground Advantage, it comes with $100 insurance, which covered the loss! Additionally, he was very helpful in advising me in how to proceed with USPS, and prompt in providing all the information they required for the insurance claim. I have more joysticks and I'll be sending them to Michael - I recommend you do too 👍
