    After ordering and paying l was then sent an email days later giving me a refund without any explanation. I then had to ask why and was told they had sent an explanation with the refund that item was out of stock. NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN TO ME AT THIS TIME !! It was still advertised on their ebay site and only updated after l sent a screen shot showing item still there Very poor customer service. Same thing had happened a year earlier

    It is great product but quite expensive.

    Exactly what I need and very useful and helpful (ease back pain) product, and definitely will need more than 3 or 4. But can't just purchase for price is bit on high side.
