Consistently Inaccurate
It does not at all accurately track sleep or stress. It tells me my stress level is off the chart, even when I’m sitting reading or watching TV. I have reached out to customer support, but none of the “fixes” makes any difference. I’ve been a faithful Garmin fitness watch for many years, but with these continued issues of inaccuracy that seem to have no resolution, I have reluctantly ended it and gone to another brand. I wish this weren’t the case because I really liked the ease of using Garmin and how it synced with the phone app—very easy to use and read, but what good is it if it’s consistently accurate information? Just feeling sad…
