It had been programmed previously so had been in use in an alarm system somewhere (the zone names are saved in the keypad). That aside, item was in excellent shape and works as expected. Packaging was great and it was shipped right away.

I rarely use EBAY and only accidently saw that they made up lies and refused to give my money back. Going back to Amazon.
