The seller had many of these, so the item shown in the listing wasn't the one I received. It had a couple small flaws. Crack in front panel, on bad USB port. Reached out to seller who promptly responded. He offered return for full refund, or partial credit. Very reasonable, quickly handled. I'd definitely would by again from Metropolitan Recyclers (Fred).
