The seller claimed that he had accounted for the accepted “best offer” price, which allegedly reduced the shipping cost. The total shipping cost for three items was $12.00, which seemed excessive, especially since the shipment was only from Virginia to Virginia.

Don't know how to proceed filing a claim but again, I put no blame on the seller. This is just another example of the lack of care provided by the Postal Service.
