    Charizard UPC arrived safely in a decent outer box with some packing material. The outside and the inside of the UPC had significant signs of wear… wrapping was very loose on the box and contained several scratches and tears. Also got an off center promo pack and in 19 packs pulled one IR and 4 ex cards… this could all be random odds and poor Pokemon QC but it do make me second guess the box a few times, packs can be searched and bad Oc promos can be passed on… overall ok, not great…
