      So eBay takes it upon themselves to delay the arrival of the shoes by having the shoes sent to them for inspection. No need for that as the seller posted pictures of the shoes with tags AND the seller has 100% positive reviews. eBay needs to give the purchaser the choice of having the shoes inspected or shipped directly to the purchaser. Regarding the seller, they were a pleasure to deal with and the shoes were perfect.
