    I had two experiences with the seller. One was when I cancelled the order because when I originally ordered the item I thought my PSU didn't have the 12vhpwr adapter needed to power it on. I asked for a cancellation and refund and had no problems. They where swift. Then I purchased the item again. Luckily they where selling it half off the 2nd time. I was skeptical do to price, but my 4080 came in the original box and works and is working great. Shipment was also swift. I will be coming back.

    Excellent little device! Plays modern games at a relatively stable 60FPS with less fan noise than even the best Switch you can buy! Customisable, and really easy to get used to! Only thing I would be weary about is that the SD slot is known to fail on these, but that shouldn't be a problem if you have the knowledge about how to solve the issue.
