The cassette arrived quickly, but was missing 1 cog (I believe the description said "new, open box" so I'm sure they didn't realize there was a problem) The seller gave me a full refund and asked me to dispose of the cassette on my end. I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part

Good packaging, fast shipping and item as described however, bike pedals were tight and unusable without adjustment. Seller offered free return but kid had to ride his bike so.. seller did not offer partial refund so we suggested to check future sales and quality control to avoid this problem in the future. Thanks for the good communication Gap30, D&J

Ordered at a bad time without thinking about it (A friday). Come monday i was making a trip into asheville anyway and just decided to buy this part from a shop. Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault. Should they have something i need, will def be doing business again with this seller.

  • Okay more ergonomic than having to reach for the hoods to shift when just cruising or climbing

It is the easiest way to install buttons under the top of your bars. If I were Shimano, I would make it -smaller, -more ergonomic, -for both sides and finally: INSULATED. If you want you can pull the circuit boards out and make your own buttons but it really is not worth all the R&D unless you ride in wet conditions (I did it it ! They are ecu driven so can't just add little contact buttons.) these are pretty much out of the way under the bars so clunky but okay and many times better than reaching for the hoods. You can't really add allot of insulation the way they are now unless you do your own as stated. The auxiliary buttons are about the only place E-tap has Di2 beat. :) Note: Make sure your levers support them !!! Currently only the non-hydraulic levers have the extra ports that is ...

  • Would not be without it. A great compliment with cross brake levers. Easy to program.

  • Cool Little Gadget

Cool little gadget. Have my bike setup so that I can shift both front and rear from the right side shifter. With this shifter switch I don't need to move my hands from the top of the bars to shift up or down.
