    It looked right in the online picture, but was not right in reality

    The product turned out to have the wrong-size jack to plug into my laptop. It LOOKED right in the picture when I ordered it, but it clearly wasn't the right piece. Now it's not returnable and I have a piece of equipment I will never be able to use. I should have skipped trying to buy cheap and bought one at a brick-and-mortar store where I could really see what I was getting (and be able to take it back if I bought the wrong one).

    I recommend Dell computers in general

    When I bought this 2-1 Laptop I was on a budget. If u are needing a lot of memory I would recommend buying an upgraded version. I also had to buy a CD:ROM separately & the DELL OEM adapter had to be replaced under warranty before the first year was up. Would recommend with the above disclaimers in mind.
