After speaking with Customer Support, they offered a replacement. The replacement also had issues with the Wifi, however their technical support was able to resolve the issue. This seller went above and beyond for a cheap, used laptop, giving me free return of the defective item, and replacement with an identical unit. Tech support was nice too. Thumbs up all the way around!
