    The pillow is as described. The price for the pillow was appropriate. Shipping the pillow in a plastic bag with tape was disappointing to say the least. It was slightly creased but I was able to steam the creases. Charging almost $40 for shipping is also questionable. It also took over 10 days to arrive.
