Originally was set to arrive for Saturday, but came on Wednesday, which was much faster of a delivery than expected. I question the fabric as it doesn't match any of the authentic HM fabrics, but still feels great overall. I've been testing it out for a few days and it's a big upgrade from a gaming chair. I returned it. I purchased a new one from HM, their updated version and it's far better than the old model sold. Side note the chair I purchased had grease finger marks on the back side of the chair.

It came fully assembled and well-packaged in a Madison Seating box (not original HM box). There are a couple of really minor scuffs on the base, but given the price, I honestly couldn t care less. This is the second chair I ve ordered from this vendor (first was a refurbished Aeron) and I ve been happy with both purchases. Their chairs arrive on time and in great shape.
