The value to me is the piece’s uniqueness, pleasing aesthetic and “wow factor” as a birthday gift for a 12 year old. He thought it was cool that the coin had a dragon, his sign in the Chinese zodiac calendar system, and loved the way it looked. I would gladly have paid extra for a case or display stand if offered (coin comes in a sealed baggie) and I couldn’t buy either at purchase time since coin size wasn’t specified.
