Orient Red Dial Kamasu
Very nice watch and an excellent value. The different Kamasu models are perhaps the best value in a dive watch under 250-300 dollars. Sapphire crystal, applied indices, great lume, 200 meter water resistance, and a gorgeous dial. I really like it. The oyster style bracelet is decent for the money, but I swapped it out for a higher end jubilee bracelet. The only thing I would change would be the crown. There is room between the crown lugs for perhaps a 1mm wider crown with twice the knurling. Again, great watch for the money!

Orient has hit it out of the park with this watch!
First off, I have the red/maroon face and it is spectacular! The red sunburst in bright light is a real eye catcher. Easily the prettiest watch I own. The movement is rock solid and keeps -4 seconds a day on the wrist, so excellent. The bracelet is very comfortable with the only draw back being the cheap pressed metal clasp. But it is very secure the three link design is very oyster-esq. I like it. Bezel is solid and grippy, and the case has a great overall finish. I think at under $300 you will have a hard time finding a better diver.
