I contacted the seller when I got the pillow with 2 issues. He answered one of the issues but did not reply to the second problem The pillow was advertised as adjustable ( in the heading). The pillow had no means of adjustment. This is usually accomplished by use of a zipper to add or subtract filling. The pillow had no zipper. I attempted to contact the seller twice more but never received a reply. As such, I cannot recommend the product as it is misrepresented nor the seller due to no reply.
