I usually wear 2XL or 3XL Mens thermal L. johns, but these 4XL fit me very comfortably, yet firm. I was worried that the sizes may run small, so I purchased the 4XL, just to be on the safe side. Gladly, they are a great fit. They are a smooth mico-fiber on the outside, and a "fleece like" mico-fiber on the inside. I have them on now, and there so warm!. There so much more comfortable then bulky cotton waffle L. johns. Fast shipping. Great seller comm. too!
