Really wanted to like this but it is not comfortable on. I am still leaving positive feedback because I think it is more of a preference. There is no way to wear this except inside the waist band one way without easy access and cannot be worn on the outside because it makes to be too bulky and a purp can come up and take the weapon right out of holster because it has no safety snap or guard across it to secure it and it is very thin. This may work better for a different weapon but for the .380.
